The End of 811NOW

Indiana 811 recently implemented a new ticketing software system, Exactix. With this advanced system, Indiana 811 will no longer need to utilize 811NOW. Throughout the coming year, the 811NOW brand and website will be fading away.

In the upcoming months, Indiana 811 will provide stakeholders with a few graphics and additional information to help you promote Exactix Home, rather than 811NOW. Learn more about the transition away from 811NOW on our news page. Visit Exactix Home at Indiana811.org for more information about online ticketing.

National Safe Digging Month – 2021 Recap

    • Long-time Indiana 811 mascot, Holy Moley, made a bold return to the forefront of Indiana 811’s Facebook page.
  • Media Relations
    • Media relations efforts throughout the month yielded multiple TV interviews and coverage from outlets such as WANE-TV (CBS in Fort Wayne), the Seymour Tribune, and WTHI-TV (CBS in Terre Haute).
  • Liaison Outreach
    • Indiana 811’s liaison team connected with homeowners this April at plant nurseries across Indiana. Many homeowners begin DIY landscaping projects at plant nurseries, so 811 liaisons promoted safe digging by setting up booths and handing out 811 swag and educational literature.
