Online ticket entry is fast and easy, allowing ticket submission from a computer or mobile device. Our ticketing system, Exactix, provides options based on your excavating needs:
Pro
A Pro account is for frequent users allowing the most flexibility with locate requests:
- Process Normal Dig and Design tickets
- Single or Multiple Addresses, Intersections, or complex sites allowing detailed locate instructions
- Edit the map and add attachments to tickets
- Manage your tickets using "Work Completed" feature
- Ability to Additional Notice, Copy, and Cancel your office tickets
- Check the marking status by viewing the members' positive response(s)
This account requires you to complete a self-guided training course before activation.
Single Address
A Single Address account can be used by anyone but has limited options:
- Process Normal Dig Tickets
- Only allows one address on a ticket that sits within 200 feet of the addressed road
- Requires you to select from predetermined locate instructions (front, rear, east, west, north, south, entire property)
- Can not edit the map
This account does not require training.
