COVID-19 RESPONSE
Underground Safety Alliance, the umbrella non-profit organization for Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811, has cancelled all meetings and events effective immediately and until further notice, due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) public health emergency.
At this time, both Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811 will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to perform the important public safety work of processing utility locate requests and communicating these requests to the appropriate member utilities and/or locating companies.
Our centers are currently staffed with damage prevention specialists to process locate requests made by phone, but longer-than-usual hold times may occur, especially during peak times.
