Phone System Down 2.8.23
Around 11:10 today, Lumen (our phone system) experienced a widespread outage of their main circuits and our backup center resulting in a loss of phone service for the 811 and 800 numbers. This is affecting the overarching area of Indianapolis. We are presently working on a resolution with them. Currently there is no ETA for a resolution. We are diverting traffic to email as we are getting requests for emergencies. Please use [email protected] for those requests.
