Spreading the 811 Before You Dig Message – Tagline and Logo Information
With the recent implementation of our new online ticketing platform, Exactix, we wanted to send a friendly reminder about the correct graphics and slogan to use when promoting the 811 Before You Dig message. Our goal is to encourage professionals and homeowners to submit their tickets online through Exactix, rather than calling via phone, as Exactix helps to streamline the 811 process for excavators and members alike.
Please review the following reminders:
- Use the slogan “Know What’s Below. 811 Before You Dig.” as opposed to “Know What’s Below. Call Before You Dig.”
- Use our updated 811 Before You Dig logos, which can be found on the marketing page of the Indiana 811 website under “Creative Resources.”
- A good rule of thumb is to remember that we are phasing out the word “call” to encourage online ticket submission through Exactix.
