Exactix Launches Tonight. Online Tickets Unavailable 7 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Exactix is finally here. The new locate ticket software is launching tonight and will be available for use tomorrow morning.
As this state-of-the-art software launches this evening in Indiana, please note that online tickets will be unavailable tonight from 7 p.m. – 12 a.m. and Indiana 811 will only accept damage and emergency tickets over the phone during that time.
If you currently enter your locate requests online and have not created a user ID for Exactix, please check your inbox and spam folders for messages from Indiana 811.
